Warranty information
All EUCKING.EU selling products have a 1-year Limited Warranty (for all electronic parts, except batteries and plastics). The 1-year warranty applies only for normal and ordinary use of the product in Europe. EUCKING.EU covers only non-human damaged parts. Parts damaged by irresponsible rides, unsafe storage, transportation, water damage, etc. are not covered by warranty.
Usually not, unless your EUC needs major fixes. Easily reachable parts like front and rear lights, LCD screen, plastic covers, batteries (only Begode), handles, etc. can be replaced by the customer itself. Hard-to-reach parts or parts which require special tools like motor, motherboard, and BMS board should be replaced by our professionals unless the customer agrees to change it by themselves. (Shop must give permission)
Before submitting the warranty form, upload photos, videos or other documentation about your EUC problem. All evidence about your issue will be forwarded to our engineering team.

Detailed warranty information
Warranty times (For high performance vehicles)
1 – 2 Years (depending on the model)
6 months – 12 months (depending on the model)
The tire and rim do not have any warranty. Rim & Motor are two separate parts. The motor comes with a 1 – 2 years warranty. You are responsible for your riding style to do not destroy the rim and tire.
We never leave our customers behind, if your EUC got broken after warranty time we will help you in any ways to get right parts for best price!
Warranty Parts
The most common parts are already in our Europe warehouse and it takes 2-7 days to be shipped to customer’s door. However, some parts we have to order from the factory and it takes 2-4 weeks.
Non Warranty Parts
We are official sellers for InMotion, Begode and KingSong spare parts. If any specific parts are needed contact us by email and we will try to get your part shipped to you.
