The order process time is 1-3 working days, and shipping time in Europe is 3-9 working days. If your ordered product is not in our warehouse it can take 2-3 weeks to get it, usually, it does not take longer than 4 weeks.

Yes, all EUCs has 1-year exclusive warranty. More details about the warranty can be read in the “Warranty” tab. Different parts of EUC have different warranty times! Read more about it under the warranty tab.

Electric unicycles fall under the same law regulating electric bicycles or electric scooters in most countries. Please check your country’s local rules for the maximum legal speed, legal roads and etc.
Other questions
After noticing the wrong address in your shipping address contact us immediately. To ship an order it takes 1-2 working days, during that time we can edit the address or cancel your order. Once the order is shipped we cannot stop the shipping process.
Most electric unicycles have IP ratings against water & dust but it does not mean that you can submerge EUC into the water or do scuba diving with your unicycle. Driving EUC in light rain is fine. The warranty does not cover water-damaged parts!
If you see any defects which may affect your ride quality on your brand-new electric unicycle (EUC must be never driven) contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue. Replacement parts will be sent ASAP or EUC will be replaced.
Pre-Orders mean that we do not have this item in our warehouse, it will take 1-2 months to receive item from the factory.
Yes, you should keep the original EUC box during the warranty period.
Yes, you can use two chargers at the same time if your EUC supports that. Please double-check your EUC manual or contact us.
All EUC comes without air in the suspension (Because of transportation). Pump air into the shocks before going to ride. Most electric unicycles have air pumps provided.
After placing a “Back Order” usually it takes about 1-3 months to arrive.
YES, ABSOLUTELY YES!
All goods can be returned within 14 days after they were received. The package must be unopened, the products must be unused, EUC must be never turned on (turning on EUC activates the warranty period & EUC cannot be accepted for return). The buyer is responsible for shipping EUC back to our warehouse. Do not ship EUC without letting us know, we must provide a shipping address, contacts and return documents.
All warranty claims are sent to the EUC factory’s Engineering Teams and decisions are made there. EUCKING.EU is the only seller and does not make warranty decisions by itself.
